BOETTCHER FOUNDATION GRANTS

Platte Valley Medical Center (Brighton, CO) - Construction of the new hospital and reuse of the existing hospital

Since its inception in 1937, the Boettcher Foundation has provided grants to every corner of the State of Colorado. The Foundation gives capital grants in four categories: arts and culture, community and social service, education, and healthcare.

The Boettcher Family felt that making substantial grants to "well conceived projects" sponsored by larger, established nonprofits could help more people than if smaller amounts of money were widely distributed.

As one of the two oldest private foundations in Colorado, the Boettcher Foundation has built a tradition out of Claude Boettcher's desire to give back to Colorado.
